Abstract : according to analyzing of all the factors concerned with the threatening degree of oil spill , it ' s proposed that weight of the factor s is ascertained by fuzzy nn . moreover , to ascertain the threatening degree and th e grade of the oil spill accident by fuzzy integrated evaluation has laid a foun dation for making oil spill emergency decision 文摘:在綜合分析影響溢油事故威脅程度有關(guān)的諸多因素的基礎(chǔ)上,提出使用模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)來確定各影響因素的權(quán)重,進(jìn)而使用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法來評(píng)定溢油事故的威脅程度及等級(jí),為進(jìn)一步的溢油事故應(yīng)急決策奠定基礎(chǔ)。
By surveying the sample plot , the relations between the stabil ity of the mountai n slope of soil preparation for planting by using explosion and other factors s uch as precipitation , terrain , were studied . by using the method of quantitative t heory i , the interrelation between the damaged degrees of soil preparation progra ms by using explosion in low mountain area with abundant precipitation and terrain factors was systematically analysed , and the mathematical models relate d were developed . the results show that the precipitation in early days and the m aximum precipitation per day are the primary factors causing the soil prepara tion program damaged . the main terrain factors of the mountain slope that affect the program stability are according to their importance , slope , position and dir ection . the suitable mountain slope for soil preparation by using explosion is th e slope of less than 25 通過典型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣地調(diào)查資料,探討了造林爆破整地工程的坡地穩(wěn)定性與降水、地形等因子的相互關(guān)系,應(yīng)用數(shù)量化理論,對(duì)在有充分降水條件下的低山丘陵區(qū)的爆破整地工程損失程度與地形因子之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,并建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,研究指出,充分的前期降水和日最大降雨量是引起爆破整地工程損失的激發(fā)因素;影響爆破整地工程穩(wěn)定性的主要地形因子是地面坡度,其次為坡位、坡向,實(shí)施爆破整地工程的地面坡度以不超過25為宜。
Based on this analysis , i have made a further research and analysis on the deep - seated cause , i suppose that there are four main factors : " law and policy factors " , " internal educational factor s " , " economic factors " and " the pupils themselves " , in which the following three are key factors : " law and policy factors " , " internal educational factors " and " economic factors " 在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探索和分析隱含在輟學(xué)現(xiàn)象背后的深層次原因,筆者認(rèn)為主要有“法律和政策因素” 、 “教育內(nèi)部的因素” 、 “經(jīng)濟(jì)因素”和“學(xué)生自身的因素”等。其中“法律和政策因素” 、 “教育內(nèi)部的因素”和“經(jīng)濟(jì)因素”是與輟學(xué)有關(guān)的主要因素。
